I really love my job and I love the creative freedoms it allows.
The last thing I ever expected to be asked to photograph was two sisters who wanted awkward, JCPenney inspired photos...with their deceased brother's ashes in a Jack Daniels bottle. But here I am! I finished it up this afternoon with two sisters who I've photographed before last year for Christmas card photos.
These two are so fun to work with and are a classic sibling duo. They are always laughing and poking fun at each other.
One thing about me, I am down for almost anything really (almost, I do have my limits haha). Throw me an idea, I'll see the vision, and we get to work to make those come to life. I definitely love taking portraits but nothing interests me more than creative photoshoots. I have a whole bucket list of shoots I want to do, really hoping to see those in action this year but at lease once in my career would be nice.
So if you've ever had a photoshoot idea that sounds a little crazy, LET ME KNOW! I'm more than likely to say "It's so crazy it might just work."
I can't wait to work with these two again in the future. Of course, we got to talking about some ideas I've been having and they were down for whatever I threw at them so be sure to keep an eye on what I have cooking this year :)
